Brasserie Mon Chou Chou is the brainchild of its three Frenchmen founders, friends, and epicureans Laurent Réa, Philippe Placé, and Jérôme Sérot, Mon Chou Chou’s menu highlights the cuisine of their homeland, enriched with fond memories of meals shared with family and friends. Many of the featured dishes are directly influenced by the trio’s respective grandmothers, as well as the many inspiring cities and diverse regions of France.

Located within the original site of the brewery’s bottling department at The Historic Pearl, the Food Hall features chef-driven vendors and exciting, accessible cuisine including tacos, fried chicken, burgers, bbq, pizza and a bar. Located in the Historic Pearl, Ladino is a modern Mediterranean grill house celebrating all the cultures and cuisines of the Mediterranean region. Ladino features fresh-made pita from a wood-burning oven, an abundance of dips and small plates, and entrees from the 'mangal' - regional specialties cooked on a live-fire, charcoal grill. Desserts are inspired by the sweet and savory staples of the region with a modern touch, and the beverage program highlights the area's wines and spirits.

Named for the prevailing Gulf breeze and the Texas coast's proud sense of place, Southerleigh serves Chef Jeff Balfour's modern take on Texas' cross-cultural cuisine. Influenced by the coastal classics of Chef Balfour’s upbringing in Galveston married with the comfort of southern cuisine, Southerleigh boasts a curated, seasonally shifting menu that reflects Chef Balfour’s innovative craftsmanship. Housed in the historic Pearl brewhouse, Southerleigh brings brewing back to Pearl, offering 15 different beers on tap.

Otto’s is meant to be a place where people can come together on the banks of the San Antonio River to trade tallboys and tall tales. Cold beer, drinks and delicious food are on the menu at Otto’s, with cocktails like Micheladas, Honeysuckle Frozé, Damn Goode Margaritas, Otto’s Last Shot and more. The Ice House will also feature popular Texas fare such as Goode Street Tacos, Homemade Bratwurst, Hill Country Deluxe Smashburger, Nachos, a German Soft Pretzel and more.
